As the Fleet Pastry Chef, you will develop recipes and menus for the fleet on land and visit ships to implement menus and brand standards, including staff evaluations, training, and mentoring. You will report to the Culinary Director. Visa sponsorship is available for successful candidate.
Associate Degree or bachelor's degree in Hotel management OR Culinary Art or a related field from an accredited university or equivalent
A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience as an Executive Pastry Chefon a large cruise ship or multi-venue, high volume, luxury hotel or resort is mandatory
Advanced knowledge of Classical European & International Cuisine, including cooking philosophies & principles
Must have strong and effective leadership skills, with the ability to lead a culturally diverse and dynamic working environment
Rotation: Flexible 4 or 6 month contracts available
Starting salary £9000 tax-free monthly
Plus flights + housing + meals + visa + uniform + laundry++
