To guide their team through the monthly and annual reporting deadlines, a commercial SME organization is looking for a Financial Controller. For a trained accountant, this position is a standout opportunity. Duties will involve managing the accounts department independently, making sure that reporting deadlines are followed, and reporting to a regional controller. A finance manager or financial controller would benefit greatly from this once in a lifetime opportunity. A professional accounting degree is required, and prior work in the funds or trusts industries is advantageous.
About you
This role is ideal for a fully qualified accountant (CPA, ACCA, ACA, etc.) with previous experience managing a small team. Experience in stock and inventory is an advantage but not essential. A strong leader who is 'hands on' with experience in leading all levels of accounting staff.
