FINANCE SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR, RELOCATE TO THE US WITH WORK VISA SPONSORSHIP

We're looking for someone to fill the position of Finance System Administrator who can be in charge of the overall development, delivery, and maintenance of all finance systems, ensuring that the NetSuite environment, adjacent business applications, and related integrations work together to address automation challenges and maintain necessary systems' day-to-day functionality. Reporting directly to the Deputy Director of Finance you will support the MSF-USA finance department in various projects by analyzing and documenting the system and business requirements needed to support the Finance and Operations teams. You will also report in dotted line to the Systems department and more specifically to the Digital Internal Operations Business partner who is responsible for the financial systems roadmap.

In addition to being an expert in NetSuite, you will also be required to participate in resolving process issues by recommending solutions via requirements that meet the needs of the various stakeholders and find opportunities to improve processes along leveraging functionality within NetSuite and/or add on application as needed.

Tasks

  • Support and improve current finance systems (including our ERP: NetSuite) by investigating issues and working on prioritized requests.

  • Develop and maintain systems and integration documentation, communicating clearly both verbally and through concise documentation, with various stakeholders. Troubleshoot any scripting issues within Netsuite for essential business processes.

  • Be responsible for the NetSuite side of the Salesforce-NetSuite integration. Work with the Salesforce and MuleSoft experts to solve the integration issues which may be due to NetSuite.

  • Provide training and ongoing technical support to all NetSuite users.

  • Ensure continuous improvement of existing NetSuite configuration and workflows: Maintain configurations and customizations of NetSuite to meet evolving business needs (including designing and implementing 3rd party software connections and integrations), whilst maintaining your own knowledge and understanding of the system

  • Develop, document, and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure data integrity, change protocols, customization, usage, etc.

  • Manage user access following onboarding, offboarding or position change. Keep user approval permissions in sync with Finance approval matrix.

  • Effectively collaborate with internal teams on user experience, business process, and operations, and deliver solutions to increase the operational efficiencies and adoption. This includes Build and maintain reports, saved searches or Suite Analytics Datasets and workbooks as needed.

  • Evaluate complex requirements and communicate security and performance risks to technical stakeholders, serving as an escalation point for complex administrative and configuration issues.

  • Ensure data consistency across the ecosystem and keep up to date with NetSuite releases, new features, and best practices.

  • In the case of large customization made in NetSuite by a third party, oversee the design, build and test phases and ensure full hand over at the end of the project.

  • Incorporate new business processes as they come up.

  • Provide support to external audits

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Minimum 3- 5 years relevant work experience required

  • Extensive NetSuite development and administration experience

  • Demonstrated knowledge of accounting

  • Organized, detail-oriented, creative, problem solving, analytical individual

  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills; proven ability to successfully work and partner across multiple functions in an organization

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure

  • Ability to work independently and/or with a minimum of supervision

  • Nice to have: Experience with Oracle PBCS or ADP

  • Nice to have: Exposure to nonprofit
