As Finance Innovation Specialist you will work on a wide variety of finance improvement projects, for example, related to ordering & invoicing automation (incl. 3-way matching), net working capital tracking and reporting, and real-time margin accounting. Next to that there are projects related to achieving full potential from our accounting software that could be part of the scope, next to a wide variety of ad hoc related finance topics. All projects aim to bring more business control and financial accuracy to one of the fastest-growing technology companies of Europe. We are looking for somebody who thinks outside the usual business controlling box, combining first-class analytical skills with a creative and problem-solving mindset. You are able to think about the finance and accounting domain of the future instead of just executing a finance role.

Relevant master’s degree in Econometrics, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics
> 4 years of experience as FP&A director/controller, financial due diligence, accounting director, etc.
Out-of-the-box thinking and initiative: Hands-on, nothing-is-impossible mindset
Excellent Excel and data analysis skills
Excellent technical accounting skills and financial analytical expertise
Fluency in both verbal and written English
Knowledge of SQL, Python and Tableau
Post master degree in accounting and/or controlling
Legal knowledge
