We are looking for an Executive Assistant to help our CEO and senior management with a variety of administrative duties. The duties of an executive assistant include scheduling travel, arranging lodging, and creating expense reports. You must be well-organized, possess excellent time management abilities, and be able to make decisions on your own to succeed in this position. In the end, you will help our company run more smoothly by giving our executive members timely and individualized support.

Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings
Make travel and accommodation arrangements
Oversee the performance of other clerical staff
Take minutes during meetings
Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
