Our Co-Founder is looking for an Executive Assistant — someone very lively, energetic, proactive, and independent, with excellent communication skills and English knowledge, and, of course, with a love for automation. If you recognize yourself in this description, are passionate about working directly with CEO and Entrepreneur, and feel that your experience prepares you to do it — we'd love to hear from you!
Ongoing calendar management and alignment for executive;
Concierge tasks (find, book, organize);
Extensive work with Stefans’ contact list — birthday greetings, meetings, follow-ups, etc.;
Support other ad hoc requests;
Ideally — automation of most of the work above.
Ability to work independently, multi-task, and pay attention to details;
Excellent analytical, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills;
Minimum 3+ years experience as an assistant or other relevant role;
Fluent English, advanced oral and writing skills;
Curiosity about people and possessing the innate ability to inspire passion in others;
Resourcefulness and high comfort level learning new concepts;
Ready to be online almost 24/7.
