EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT | $45,000 to $80,000 ANNUALLY | REMOTE

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support our growing business. We are a video game developer that is currently staffing up for a new project. You will work with the CEO and COO to ensure the smooth operations of the company. Assist them with various tasks and needs that the company has.

• Aid with processing and approving expense reports; Assist the accounting team as needed.

• Assist the Human Resources team as required; Aid with new hire onboarding.

• Research, review, and purchase goods and services the team may need.

• Partner with our COO, and CEO to help with tasks as needed.

• Support team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.

• May prepare and review materials and correspondence for meetings. Transcribe dictation.

• Assist with creation/modification of presentations, spreadsheets, and other various documents.

• Manages day to day calendar(s) of management. Help shift agenda for strategic thinking, unplanned interactions, and handling of unforeseen situations or changes.

• Manage calls on behalf of management and team.

• Examine documents, records and forms for accuracy, completeness and conformance with applicable rules and regulations. Maintain records in compliance with company policies.

We are a game developer working to release a new title.

Perfect Storm Studios is a game developer comprised of industry veterans building next generation of games around web3 technologies. We believe the best web3 gaming companies will be those that seamlessly integrate the amazing game design, community involvement and fair play to earn systems. Currently working on a to be announced MOBA project.

Applicants should have 1 - 2 years experience as an executive assistant or equivalent.

College degree required, Master's degree preferred.

This job is fully remote.

Schedule is 9-5 in your respective time zone.

Salary Range 45,000 to 80,000 depending on experience.
