As part of our Marketing team, you will be planning and managing our own conference and industry events. You will work towards our team vision of establishing us as the global leader and architect of a groundbreaking ecosystem in the battery space as well as accelerating growth by unlocking value and communicating across all stakeholder groups.

YOUR DAILY BUSINESS WILL INVOLVE

  • Scout, assess, and strategically prioritize events (trade fairs & conferences) against the company objectives and alignment with C-Level

  • Organize our own major battery software conference (TWAICE Vision) – in the future this will be a major onsite event with virtual extension, also in cooperation with external service providers

  • Work collaboratively (with product marketing & design) in delivering a sharp onsite appearance, also in cooperation with external service providers

  • Ensure delivery of events on budget and manage the 6-digit event budget responsibly

  • Support the marketing team with a hands-on attitude for Marketing campaigns

YOUR PROFILE

  • A good understanding of marketing/demand generation KPIs, including how the inbound and outbound sales funnels are structured

  • Strong project management skills in the context of events with a track record of delivering high-quality events

  • You combine strategic thinking with creativity and work in a solution- and goal-oriented manner

  • Cost orientation (getting the maximum impact at the lowest cost)

  • Cool head in heated situations and highly stress resistant with a strong capability to prioritize and focus

  • Understanding of common SaaS metrics and business logic around Leads/Contacts, Accounts and Opportunities

  • Experience in working with Hubspot and with Salesforce beneficial

  • You demonstrate empathy and good communication skills in advising various stakeholders

  • Maturity, passion, and drive in combination with excellent communication and presentation skills in English and another language is required

  • Experience in working for an innovative tech company (SaaS, IT infrastructure or similar preferred)
