The competent applicant will Create lesson plans and themes that correspond to the objectives of the Middle-Secondary English Subjects curricula in the United States or the United Kingdom. An asset is prior AS or AP experience. Use lectures, conversations, and demonstrations to impart knowledge. Add to presentations with computers, audiovisual aids, and other tools and materials. To accommodate students' various requirements and interests, modify your teaching strategies and course materials. Establishing a rapport with students, setting up learning materials, and setting up the classroom environment will all help to facilitate learning. Meet with teachers, administrators, counselors, and parents or guardians to address any potential behavioral or academic issues. To maintain and enhance professional competence, participate in professional development courses and educational conferences. To evaluate students, prepare, give, and grade tests and assignments. Bachelor's Degree in English from a recognized University in the US, UK, IR, CA, AU, NZ
TEACHING LICENSE FROM ONE OF THE FOLLOWING COUNTRIES: UK, IR, US, CA, AU, NZ (Due to Visa Restrictions)
Must have excellent English communication skills and could pass an IELTS exam at level 7
Must have excellent classroom management skills and be able to deal effectively with student behaviour issues
Minimum 3 years experience teaching English at Middle-Secondary grade levels
Culturally sensitive, dependable, flexible, and able to work in a continuously changing environment
TAX-FREE Monthly salary from KD 700 - 1200 ($2300 - $3870 USD) depending on qualifications and experience
Housing:
Furnished 1 - 2 bedroom flat depending on family size OR KD 125 monthly Housing Allowance
Utilities are paid for by the school in provided accommodation.

Annual Return Economy Class Air Fare for employee only (Baggage allowance of KWD (50) granted upon first-time arrival and permanent departure from Kuwait (End of Service)
Annual Leave, generally from the 3rd week of June till the end of August plus any National Holidays during the year as per Labour law
50% discount on tuition for 1 dependent attending the same school as the employee
Residence Visa Fees will be paid for employees only once at the destination. The employee is responsible for dependent fees
For each full year of service, the school will pay 1 month's Basic Salary per year worked according to the Labour Law of the country
