Creating original copy in English for fields such as movie/TV synopsis, news updates and descriptions of content providers (streaming services). As we develop upcoming projects, there may also be opportunities to write news, reviews and shareable social media content
Staying up-to-date with movie & TV show releases – including everything from hit Indian TV shows to the latest American blockbusters
Writing and maintaining texts about the latest entertainment news
Researching and staying on top of upcoming movie & TV show releases
Working closely with an international copywriting team
A native English speaker with excellent written and verbal skills
Previous copywriting experience (ideally focused on SEO). Editorial experience is a considerable bonus
A knowledge and passion for movies, TV shows, and the Indian entertainment industry
You are intrinsically motivated and ambitious (having your own hobby project such as an entertainment-related blog is a considerable plus point)
You have an excellent eye for detail in everything from proofreading to recognizing reliable sources online
Excellent communication skills, punctuality, and the ability to efficiently work remotely
You will become part of a passionate, professional, and fun team while getting first-hand experience in copywriting for a website as we target >100M users per month
