As Employer Branding Content Creator in our Recruitment team, you’ll play a key role in helping us hire the top talent for a wide range of roles. Whether creating blog posts about our latest tech innovation, sharing employee stories via social media, or creating SEO-optimized copy for our website, your creativity and eye for detail will take our employer brand to the next level. It’s a varied role in which no two days will be the same, and you’ll work with multiple stakeholders to brainstorm content ideas and new strategies for engaging potential candidates. We’ll cover your trip to Amsterdam, sponsor your Visa, and offer you a month of accommodation while you settle in
Identify what makes different Picnic unique and communicate this to prospective candidates via a wide variety of content and channels
Ensure your content aligns with our current employer branding and present ideas for improving on this
Work with multiple stakeholders from all areas of Picnic to create content that engages specific (and often niche) audiences. This could include working with our tech teams to create tech-focused blog posts
Create social media posts for LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc., that utilize the most up-to-date best practices
Create and edit job descriptions for a wide variety of roles (English, German, and French)
Monitoring content performance over multiple channels (social media, blog, etc.)
Ensuring a data-driven approach when it comes to measuring and improving your initiatives
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or equivalent
Strong writing skills in German and French (English content can be checked by our English copywriter)
1 to 5 years of experience in copywriting and/or content creation
You have a passion for technology and employer branding
You’re familiar with SEO and have experience with WordPress
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills (German, French, and English)
You’re a self-starter who is ready to take ownership
You stay up-to-date with the latest trends in employer branding and content creation
You understand the importance of using inclusive language and creating content that attracts a diverse audience
You are creative, meticulous, and are not afraid to bring unconventional ideas to the table
