Understanding modern trends in the email marketing industry in Korea
Developing email marketing strategies
Creating and managing thoroughly segmented email lists
Figuring out a unique, personal approach to our target audiences
Learning the intricacies of properly rendering email templates in various clients, resolutions, devices
Executing both manual and automated email campaigns.
Bilingual: English and Korean
5+ years of previous experience working in an email marketing
Have confident knowledge of at least one CRM (example: SalesForce, Marketo, etc). Knowing multiple ones is an advantage.
Have advanced knowledge of various email marketing tools and services and the way they are organized (example: HubSpot, MailChimp, etc)
Know how to build and maintain email marketing lists of any size
Understand various segmentation methods
Know what it takes to set up and maintain multiple multi-touch email campaigns at the same time
Familiar with email marketing automation
Know enough HTML and CSS to build an email template yourself if necessary
Understand various limitations of email rendering across various resolutions and mail clients
Have experience with Google Analytics and/or similar tools.
