Research and analysis of relevant content and data on a wide range of topics in the context of customer projects
Preparation of the data and content with (short) texts and headlines as the basis for the graphic design
Project management: Independent planning, implementation and control of content production (e.g. static/interactive infographics, infographic videos, publications) in close cooperation with the graphics team and, if necessary, other service providers
New & existing customer care
Training or completed studies and professional experience in the fields of information management/journalism/marketing
Professional customer communication
Team-oriented, structured, and careful work, even under time pressure
Excellent knowledge of spoken and written German and English
