Monitoring the standard of ingredients
Opening the bakery every morning
Preparing the ovens and equipment
Measuring and weighing wet and dry ingredients
Using mixers to blend the ingredients
Following procedures for dough rising and resting
Kneading and shaping the dough
Baking items in ovens or grills and setting timers
Crafting and creating new and exciting baked goods
Packaging and arranging baked goods for shop opening
Ordering more supplies
Minimum of 3 years’ experience
Level 2 Food hygiene certificate as a minimum
Relevant Health and safety qualifications, Knowledge and practices of COSHH
