We are offering the unique opportunity to build a Creative Production Team from scratch for a hugely successful tech startup. Reporting to the SVP Brand and Communication, we are looking for an ambitious Director of Creative Production. You will play an important role in building the identity of the new Jobandtalent brand. You put together and lead a strong in-house studio that bundles graphic design, copywriting and motion design. The studio team is supplemented by a powerful freelancer pool. You play a central role in repositioning the brand across all touchpoints. These can be sales pitches, office locations, starter kits, YouTube tutorials, worker merchandise, website, blogs, social media and more. You will become the owner of the Jobandtalent brand bibles and be able to develop agile brand strategy while achieving visible and measurable results at a rapid pace.
Growing and leading an exceptional in-house Creative Production team with key leads for each discipline (graphic design, copywriting, motion design)
Setting the strategic direction, team priorities and commercial expectations for all forms of content
Working closely with stakeholders across Brand and Communication, regional leads, lead generation, marketing to drive content excellency and consistency
Being the go-to person for all creative related questions across the Jobandtalent organization (read: brand hotline)Facilitating all creative meetings with the internal team, plus relevant stakeholders
Managing an external freelancer pool to cushion peaks in times of high demand.
Briefing-in and maintaining relations with external local content support, local-language content producers, with the support of brand and local marketing
Acting as the lead custodian of Jobandtalent’s brand tone and voice through all forms of content across the globe
A critical voice in a blended in-house Creative Production team, having been responsible for brand, lead generation and product marketing content efforts
