We're looking for a Digital Content Executive to join the team, to take responsibility for supporting the creation of engaging digital content to streamline the onboarding and ongoing training/support of new and existing partners, in the UK and Internationally in the use of our Smart Platform (OSP). This position works closely alongside the Digital Content Developer, as well as a wide range of internal stakeholders and subject matter experts, in order to support our ‘digital first’ approach as we continue to grow at pace globally.
Due to the client-facing nature of the role, travel within the UK and internationally may be required. We're also happy to talk about flexible working!
Designing and developing digital training content at pace and reporting on feedback and progression on an ongoing basis
Developing effective relationships with partners, collecting and analyzing data (usage/feedback etc) to drive future enhancements in our training/learning offering
Communicating with partners on an ongoing basis to advise them on new training content/updated releases, to ensure they’re following current processes and best practice
Ensuring there’s a consistent style, tone of voice and quality of content that is in line with Ocado brand guidelines
Representing the Partner Training workstream in ongoing project/program meetings (when required)
Proven track record of designing and delivering engaging digital training content, across a number of mediums and platforms
Experience in training/learning and development in a Technology, Logistics or Retail environment
Good level of understanding of current and future learning trends within the workplace, and the ability to translate these into effective content
Advocate for learning and self-development, with the ability to instill this in others
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to inspire confidence in an inclusive and collaborative manner
Ability to build trust-based long-term relationships
Influencing skills at senior internal/external decision-maker level
Experience of using a formal project management methodology
Analytical mindset with strong numeracy and analysis skills to drive continuous improvement
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences
Ability to create and implement effective communications to engage learners prior to, during and post-learning experiences
Ability to deal with ambiguity to produce clear, coherent and concise outcomes
