* Provide innovative content for social media posts on LinkedIn
* Manage content calendar and schedule content across multiple social media platforms
* Engage with post interactions and start conversations
* Gather and report data on social media activity and growth
* Maintain active presence during live events
* Coordinate with the content team and marketing team when scheduling content
* Closely monitor news mentions and opportunities for Retuurn to excel overall community recognition
* Coordinate with the marketing team to organize and manage digital events
* Set social growth strategies and initiatives across Retuurn social media channels
* Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field preferred
* Must have knowledge of social media analytics and tool sets
* Excellent interpersonal skills and the proven ability to build and maintain strong and effective relationships
* Canva, Photoshop and or Indesign for basic asset creation
