For the position of Deputy Head of Early Years, we are seeking a candidate. To ensure and maintain efficient teaching and learning across the KG Department, as well as to track and assess the standard of learning and expectations regarding student performance, employing benchmarks and establishing performance targets. to make the most of employee contributions to raise standards and the quality of education delivered, as well as to make ensuring that staff and students have positive working relationships. must put strategies in place that guarantee high standards for attendance and behavior. In order to ensure that underperformance is fought against at all levels, it is important to monitor, assess, and review classroom practices and promote improvement techniques. to establish and maintain efficient procedures for managing employee performance that include ongoing professional development. Bachelor of Education or Early Years Development rom a recognized University in the UK, US, CA, AU, NZ, ZA (From the UK preferred as the British Curriculum is taught at this school)
TEACHING LICENSE FROM ONE OF THE FOLLOWING COUNTRIES: UK, US, CA, AU, NZ, or ZA
Must have excellent English communications skills
Must have excellent classroom management skills and be able to deal effectively with student behavior issues
Minimum 3 years teaching experience at KG or Early Years grade levels (In the UK preferred)
Minimum 2 years experience as Deputy Head of Early Years or similar Leadership position
Culturally sensitive, dependable, flexible, and able to work in a continuously changing environment
Monthly Salary Range:
TAX-FREE Monthly salary range of QAR 16,000 – 19,000 depending on experience and qualifications
Housing:
Furnished 1-2 bedroom accommodation depending on family size or a Housing Allowance depending on family status
Utilities paid QAR 300 for Singles and 500 for Married
Health Insurance Coverage:
Medical insurance for employee and one dependent (spouse or child)
Annual Air Tickets:
Annual air tickets are provided for employee and one nominated dependent (can either be a spouse or child)
Leave:
In addition to official holidays, paid leave is allocated as per the academic calendar and as per country Labour law. Minimum 30 work days per year plus Term breaks and National holidays
Dependant School Fees:
100% discount for 1 child attending the same school as the employee
Visa & Medical Check Fees:
Fees will be paid for employees only. Employee is responsible for fees for dependents
End Of Service Benefit:
Gratuity of 21 days of basic salary for each year worked as per Labor Law in country
1-2 year contract – renewable
