Reporting to our Head of Sales, you will be at the core of the team; your role is the cornerstone of an efficient and successful Sales organization. By ensuring data hygiene in our CRM system, you’ll become a key enabler for the Sales team to reach their quotas. How you’ll add value:
Maintain HomeToGo’s CRM quality by achieving the highest level of data accuracy and reliability
Enter new prospects data to be picked up by our Sales team, either directly into our CRM or using bulk uploads with Excel or Google Sheets
Update existing data to reflect the latest market developments
Clean up irrelevant or duplicate data to ensure full reliability and easy reporting
Perform regular checks to identify potential need for data improvement
Participate in additional Sales & Marketing tasks and projects related to lead generation or prospects data
Act as a reliable, efficient, and committed team member
You’ll be successful in this role if you:
Fluent in English
1-2 years working experience in a similar position
Microsoft Office & Google Suite especially Excel & Google Sheets
CRM experience especially Salesforce is an advantage
Computer savvy
Thoroughness
Very organized and detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
Eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
Able to meet deadlines and complete assignments within stated time frames
