As is experienced in working in a call center or customer support environment :)
Good level of English
Ukrainian or Russian is a must
Experience in accounting, payroll, and HR is a plus
Answering phone calls and replying to our users' emails
Live chat support
Telephone contact with our users to collect feedback
Salary range: 5-7k PLN
30 days of leave per year
Contract: B2B
