To help our clients with technical issues while they use our app, we are searching for a customer support specialist. Resolving customer inquiries, suggesting solutions, and assisting customers with product features are all duties of a customer support specialist. Live chat and email are the two main ways we communicate.
1+ years of experience working as a support specialist (Tier 1)
Experience in a SaaS company.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills English- must
Ability to work full-time based on shifts (morning, evening and night shifts).
Bonus points - if you have experience with:
E-commerce.
Shopify.
Basic knowledge in HTML & CSS (Huge advantage)
