As our Community Engagement Associate you will...

  • Provide customer support through our many social media assets

  • Respond to social comments and customer queries and Direct Messages in a timely manner

  • “Fill in” for the customer support team when volume is high or time off is needed

  • Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews

  • Coordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications teams to ensure brand voice consistency

  • Liaise with product and supply chain stay updated on new products and features and inventory availability

To be successful you should have:

  • Must be able to work weekends

  • Proven work experience as a community manager

  • Proven experience as a customer service representative

  • Excellent verbal communication skills

  • Excellent writing skills

  • Hands on experience with social media engagement

  • Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics

  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
