Your mission as a Customer Success Manager is to ensure that our customers have an optimal experience at any point within their journey. You will have an in-depth knowledge of our customers’ needs and will be able to work with other teams within the organisation to help fulfil these needs. You will be building strong, loyal relationships between us and our customers by bridging the gap between sales and support.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Build an in-depth knowledge and understanding of our customers
Guide our customers through the onboarding process
Educate our customers on how to get the best out of our product
Nurture the relationships between us and our customers to enhance loyalty
Ensure our customers are satisfied with our product and service
Work to fix issues, before they become issues
Where there is dissatisfaction, work to change this into satisfaction
Gather data, analyse and share it with other teams to get the best for our customers
WHAT YOU BRING:
At least 5 year’s demonstrable experience in a similar role
Passion for customer experience
Fluent in English
Empathy
Excellent communicator – both written and verbal
Great relationship builder
Problem-solver & analytical mind
Ability to grasp technical concepts and translate these into simple language
Super organised; able to prioritise your workload
Reliable, trustworthy
