As a Customer Success Associate, you will gain an understanding of the Deel platform, our customers, and our company structure. This is an ideal opportunity to prove yourself and eventually progress into an Onboarding Manager or Customer Success Manager role. You will support the Enterprise Customer Success team with a variety of critical behind-the-scenes duties.
What you’ll do at Deel
Various administrative tasks in support our CSMs
Prepare spreadsheets for bulk data imports
Create custom reports and invoices
Process background checks
Collaborate with the Finance team, ensuring client invoices are accurately reconciled
Conduct compensation research on behalf of large customers hiring in new regions
Some key qualifications
1-2 years experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, Sales, or Operations, preferably within a high-growth company
Interested in pursuing a career in Customer Success
Team player, enjoy working on a diverse team
Driven, can think on your feet, and thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment
Can clearly convey complex ideas and data in written, presentation, and verbal formats to customers and team members
Organized with high attention to detail
Based in EMEA
Bonus points if you
Have experience working with clients and team members from multiple countries and across multiple time zones
Have experience working on a remote team
Have Fintech or HRtech experience
Are multilingual
