Who You Are

You love communicating, connecting, and helping others. You have strong problem-solving skills and know how to translate that to people in an empathetic and friendly manner.

You are a proactive problem solver - always one step ahead of our customers in order to help them resolve any issues at hand. That comes in the form of research, troubleshooting, and testing all due to your innate need to get to the bottom of any issue.

What You'll Do

  • Carrying out a range of customer service activities, including answering queries, assisting with requests, troubleshooting & solving issues, while ensuring that customer value is maintained to the standards set forth by the organization

  • Communicating effectively with customers on multi channels like email, screen-recordings, phone, and chats etc.

  • Trouble shooting technical issues & providing relevant solution

  • Becoming and acting as an expert in the application features and functions of our platform

  • Document customer issues and create knowledge base articles

  • Performing other administrative tasks, independently and responsibly, as required

  • You will be a good fit for this role if you have previous SAAS customer service, innovative thought process and is comfortable with technology.

  • You must also be an adaptable, multi-tasking, fast learner who takes initiative and has great attention to detail

  • Preserve and grow your knowledge of procedures, products and services
     

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in a similar customer and/or technical support role for a SaaS

  • Advanced written communication skills

  • Fluent verbal communication skills

  • Native / Bilingual English

  • Able to work during Pacific Time Zone
