A personable and client-oriented Customer Service Representative is needed to join our team. In this position, it will be your duty to satisfy customers while delivering outstanding customer service and handling their inquiries. The ideal applicant should have outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities because this is an entry-level remote position with a Canadian employer.
Providing friendly and efficient customer service via phone, email, and chat
Responding to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
Providing information about products and services to customers
Investigating and resolving customer issues and complaints
Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and escalate issues as needed
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues
Participating in training and development to enhance customer service skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working with technology and learning new software and tools
A high school diploma or equivalent and some post-secondary education is an asset
Previous customer service experience is an asset
