Requirements
 

  • Minimum 12 months experience in a fast-paced contact center environment (preferred).

  • Experience in an office environment using the telephone and computer as the primary instruments to perform job duties; Ability to navigate multiple systems while on the phone.

  • Ability to portray a positive upbeat, passion in delivering great service at all times.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication & listening skills.

  • Acute attention to detail, driven to consistently meeting/exceeding production goals.

  • An enthusiastic, outgoing, detail-oriented individual, who can be flexible, has a desire to grow while working in a fast paced and changing environment.

  • Excellent organizational skills.

  • An exceptional ability to multi-task and manage to productivity goals.

  • Flexible schedule is a must to meet business demands; Available to work 40 hours per week and occasional overtime hours.

  • Great communications skills, being able to have a conversation with the customer.

  • Above 85% English level
