CUSTOMER ONBOARDING SPECIALIST, REMOTE

As our Senior IQ Implementation Specialist, you’ll help develop and own the entire onboarding journey for new Customers from the time of purchase through the handoff to a CSM. You’ll work hand in hand with our customers to understand their businesses and the problems they’re working to solve inside and out in order to set up an individualized onboarding and training plan to ensure adoption of the product. You’ll use your project management skills to ensure that customers are onboarded and optimized from a technical perspective as well as lead all customer communication, training, and follow-up to ensure that all key stakeholders with each customer actively buy-in and use the tool to its full potential.

What You'll Do

  • Own and manage customer relationships from the point of sale through successful onboarding

  • Conduct educational overviews, trainings, and QA sessions via zoom with customers to drive the adoption of all key stakeholders within the customer’s organization

  • Help the customer define their needs and a vision for success using ApartmentIQ

  • Manage the customer’s implementation, training schedule, and timeline toward seeing value.

  • Work with sales, product, and support teams to ensure that each piece of the journey meets customer expectations.

  • Contribute to building evergreen content and scalable resources for customers to use for education and to drive rapid product adoption.

  • Be an ApartmentIQ expert and discuss or educate on any nuance of the product

  • Successfully transfer your customer relationships to a customer success manager after onboarding.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 2 years of experience in a B2B SaaS customer-facing implementation role

  • Demonstrated excellence at creating a world class customer onboarding experience

  • Organization - you'll be working with many customers, and you'll need to have expertise in place to keep all of their needs organized.

  • Strategically minded — you'll be helping customers come up with their overall strategy with our product!

  • Highly self-motivated and driven — you don't need someone hovering over your shoulder telling you what to do all day.
