To support our customers with their financial enquiries in accordance with the established SLAs, assist our priority agents with refund and payout inquiries, and process subscription refunds, we are looking for customer finance. You will join the Finance department and work with a small, committed, fun team of 5 people that answer to the Customer Finance Lead. Relocation support & 30% ruling application assistance is available for this position.
Creating a seamless customer experience, by ensuring that landlords receive their payments in a timely and accurate manner.
Support our customers with their financial inquiries according to the set SLAs.
Assisting our Priority agents with refund and payout inquiries.
Process subscription refunds.
Providing invoices and credit notes to our customers. Assisting the Medior Analyst with the creation and tracking of manual invoices for Custom contracts.
Working together with our Sales and Customer Care team on difficult cases related to customer finance.
Working with the product team to provide them with feedback on how to improve internal processes.
Assist the Medior Analyst with financial reporting.
Strong communication & organisational skills.

Basic knowledge of Google workspace.
