We are currently hiring a Customer Experience Specialist to work with our account management team to support our growing customer base by ensuring our customers’ campaigns are optimized as best as possible. Visa sponsorship and assistance for non-EU citizens are available.
Interact with customers to help solve any problems or answer questions they may have around their account, and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Provide clients meaningful actionable insights about advertising so that they can achieve their business goals.
Communicate via Intercom or email in an appropriate, confident and friendly manner to establishing a relationship and building their trust
Own our help centre of frequently asked questions + pro tips and improve it based on the insights you have developed while working with customers and anything else you can think of that would help our clients be as sophisticated as possible when it comes to growing their eCommerce business.
Analyze client data and provide cogent advice based on what you uncover
Collaborate with the engineering team to improve the internal tools used to enhance our customer's advertising campaign
Become a thought leader and trusted expert in digital advertising and Amazon.
You have experience working in a customer support or customer success role, SaaS experience is a big asset!
Working in German is no problem for you, you are at least a B1 in German
You take every customer interaction as an opportunity to create a touchpoint and win them as a champion
You are an expert verbal and written communicator, and can craft messages that are accurate, clear and concise
You have the ability to approach problems with empathy and calmness
You naturally know how to allocate your time to the tasks that would provide the most value to our customers
You spot opportunities to take redundant tasks and evolve them into structured processes
You make an effort to solve a problem for a customer before they have to bring it up to you
Above all you are curious, and are always looking to understand the “why” behind a question
