To guide the development of our Customer Engineering division, we are recruiting for a Manager or Director of Customer Engineering. This role is in charge of assisting customers in using our API and quickly realizing the benefits of our offering. The job is in charge of providing technical assistance throughout the client lifecycle in addition to implementation management. A remote-first setup where you can work anywhere you want in the world
In this role you will play a critical part in establishing this function within Enode. This includes a broad responsibility to install the right processes and systems to meet our customers’ needs and serve them in a scalable way. The role will be part of Enode’s Customer Success team, but will also work closely with both our Engineering and Sales team.

2+ years of experience relevant to technical implementation management
Project management skills - ability to lead projects with both internal and external stakeholders
Communication skills - the ability to explain complex, technical issues at the right level depending on the recipient
Motivation to pull up your sleeves and be part of early-stage company building
Thriving in a dynamic environment and flat organisation where tasks change frequently to fit the requirements of the company
Nice to have: Experience from a technical role in an API company such as Plaid, Stripe, Tink, Twilio or similar
