Experience in the financial industry, in IT management, or with cost management for at least two to three years is advantageous. We offer relocation support and visa sponsorship.
A minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in cost management, experience in IT controlling or in the banking sector is an advantage.
Extensive knowledge of cost modeling, allocation of costs and cost management.
Knowledge of organizational processes like intercompany processes, ledger accounting, pricing, service management, invoicing and charging, VAT declaration will help.
Knowledge of – and preferably experience of CostPerform, or of another leading application in cost management and willing to invest time to become an expert in this tool.
Experience in being a sparring partner/advisor to Senior Management and controllers.
Knowledge of data management and/or ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes is an advantage.
Pro-active in coaching and training colleagues in cost modeling.
Excellent analytical skills and able to combine working with details but not losing oversight.
The ability to challenge the status quo.
Great team player skills in an agile way of working.
Fluent in English.
