The Contracting Department of SAP Fioneer provides support to the sales teams, management, and across the organization in all contractual matters (customer & supplier contracts). To strengthen our team, we are looking for a new colleague who has experience in contract administration and contract law to join us as soon as possible.
This role can be performed remotely from any location in Germany or Austria combined with the willingness to travel.
Provide comprehensive contractual advice and support in contract law
Guide internal customers in relation to commercials, business models and company policies
Review, negotiate, and draft documents and contracts in the areas of customer and supplier contracting listed above
Contribute to the further development of corporate processes
Prepare and take part in committee meetings
Act as an interface to other departments (e.g., Finance, HR, Corporate Strategy, Sales Support) and coordinate review activities
University degree in Business administration with focus on legal or a legal degree
3+ years relevant work experience gained either in the contracting department of a company or a legal department, preferably in a software or consulting company
Willingness to take ownership and play a leading role in transactions and negotiations
Good commercial understanding
Eager to learn and understand the business principles of adjacent teams (e.g., controlling and finance)
Hands-on, results-oriented, and pragmatic thinking
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Excellent English skills
