As a Content Moderation Advocate, you'll work with our ingestion team to bring publisher content to life through Top Hat's interactive textbook platform. You'll ensure that the ingested textbooks are accurate and execution is flawless. We are currently looking for impact-driven individuals who are passionate about helping us grow and achieve our Purpose. Execute QA process and ensure the highest quality of the final product
Review digital English-language textbooks on Top Hat's Pages platform to ensure accuracy and consistency
Keep projects on track and deliver your books on time
Proactively flag questions on specific titles to our ingestion team
Collaborate with relevant internal teams to ensure quality and efficiency

Previous editing and/or proofreading experience. Experience in publishing is a plus!
Good attention to detail
Experience in managing concurrent projects and keeping them on track
Excellent reading comprehension skills
Basic knowledge of cloud-based applications such as Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and MS Office applications
