We are looking for an experienced marketer to handle content strategy for Airstart, the edtech business unit of the company, to maximize brand reach and meet business objectives. In this role, you will be in charge of developing relevant content to drive visibility and conversions to our learning experiences, shape Airstart's perception, and build long-lasting communities with our target audiences. You will influence how content is created and distributed across social media, email, paid media, virtual events, and other channels.

You use data to rigorously assess marketing effectiveness and devise ideal strategies and tactics to optimise. You enjoy experimenting, learning, and innovating. You thrive in ambiguous situations and enjoy building from the ground up. You will report to the Marketing Lead.
Define the vision, strategy, roadmap, and measurement plan for content creation, curation, distribution and audience engagement.
Create content that educates, engages, and grows our audience and customers on channels like our blog, email marketing, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and Facebook
Develop creative briefs, write short and long-form copy, and provide copy editing support for channel marketing programs and campaigns.
Ensure consistency in our tone of voice and style guides across marketing assets and channels.
Develop thought leadership, execute public relations campaigns and plan events that inform, educate, challenge, and grow our audiences and customers.
Collaborate with external and internal partners (designers, influencers, PR agencies, digital marketing agencies, etc.) to execute content marketing projects
Develop regular reports based on data-driven insights, complete with content recommendations.
3-5 years marketing experience developing online/offline content for B2C brands
Experience creating and maintaining editorial calendars, tone of voice and style guides.
Copywriting experience with a customer-focused mindset
Amazing written, visual and verbal communication skills as well as a keen eye for detail.
Working knowledge of digital marketing specifically SEO and paid media.
Proactive attitude demonstrating creative and critical thinking.
Entrepreneurial spirit- has the ability to learn and adapt quickly to changing priorities and needs.
A deep content development background working closely with cross-functional partners and communication/PR teams.
Experience working with marketing automation tools, content management systems, and customer relationship management systems
Be data-driven and metrics-oriented, with prior experience using analytics and reporting tools.
A good understanding of managing message and channel testing to optimize marketing funnels.
Experience with content brief positioning and execution, social content distribution, digital public relations, email workflows, and event outreach
Proficient with Excel/Google sheets
Proven ability to think and operate both strategically and tactically
Demonstrated understanding of the digital advertising space
Passionate with a growth mindset and curious nature
Strong people skills, as well as the ability to establish and maintain productive working relationships
