Create actionable short- and long-form content that drives traffic, engagement, leads, sales and customer retention
Own an editorial calendar that supports and extends marketing initiatives, aligning to broader marketing calendar and company-wide strategic initiatives
Lead knowledge management across the company, consistently looking to put in place processes and tools that capture IP for maximum impact
Manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Twitter, LinkedIn and additional channels that may be deemed strategically viable
Collaborate across the company to continuously stay on the pulse of industry trends, key challenges and opportunities, company-wide strategy and goals
Partner marketing leadership + PR to maximize content distribution and impact, regularly iterating on content deliverables based on marketplace feedback
Spearhead qualitative and quantitative content initiatives, including survey-driven studies, case studies, interviews, and third-party sponsored content
Partner with product team to turn client wins, product features, and VOC and product insights into actionable thought leadership
Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on ROI
About 3-5 years of hands-on content marketing experience with at least one year producing content for a financial services audience
Bachelor’s or Master’s in marketing, communications, journalism or related discipline
Thorough understanding of the modern marketing technology stack, including WordPress or similar CMS, Adobe Creative Cloud, social media marketing software, among others
An ability to think like a publisher, understand our audience and deliver compelling content at relevant stages in the funnel
A capacity to write technical analyses and editorially
Strong communication with an ability to influence — internally and externally — across culture, level, geography, function, among others
Experience and consistent performance in deadline-oriented environment due to tight time restraints and volume of work
An analytical mindset who can think strategically about content as an input and output
