An opportunity for getting operational experience in a scale-up where both your work and the results are highly tangible and matters to the business
A chance to work closely together with and support the fund management and Investor relations team in writing content for sales pitches and helping to sell the company’s USP.
Creating and curating our investment content – written, audio, video or graphic – that sits at the heart of our campaigns and other marketing activities.
Coordinating our virtual events and webinars – including internally, as well as external management of speakers and clients.
You’ll think ahead and question the norm, enabling faster and flexible decisions on our content agenda: pitch ideas as a group, take on assignments, deliver against deadlines.
Has 3-4 years of experience in a similar role within the Fintech space and/or Private Equity/Asset Management
Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
Is highly-organised, with good project management skills and who is comfortable operating in an early-stage, rapidly growing, entrepreneurial business
Comfortable with both conceptual design, as well as interpreting creative direction from a larger campaign for web / email formats
Has strong interpersonal skills as required to interact with personnel across senior levels of the firm
Comfortable working with web, email, customer relationship management, and social media content platforms (e.g. WordPress, Mailchimp, Salesforce, Linkedin)
Has experience in a fast paced environment
Can work independently and is a determined self-starter with a track record of “rolling up your sleeves” to make things happen in a non-hierarchical environment
Is personable, creative, dynamic, and a quick learner
Is fluent in English, additional European languages are a plus
Is comfortable working remotely
Has an existing portfolio and/or can discuss previous campaigns in-depth.
