We are aligned with some of the best clients and projects currently (and soon to be!) on the market, and our rapidly growing team requires a highly specialised Content Manager, as we continue in our quest to dominate this industry.
This role will focus on supporting the delivery of internal and external crypto and NFT projects. You will be a self starter, working with the creative teams and PR partners to deliver content across all digital channels for our internal and external projects.
Responsibilities:
Develop outstanding quality content for internal and external projects to be published across all digital channels
Create and update content for all digital assets including but not limited to websites, social media, email, whitepapers, etc.
Support the development of global content guidelines, consistently outlining a tone of voice.
Quality assure, edit and proofread all content
Simplify the complex, using credible language and insight to create seamless user journeys.
Provide reasoned, open feedback and respond positively to feedback from stakeholders.
Review and assess content requests and existing content from a colleague usability perspective
Requirements
Strong creative copy editing and writing skills, with an excellent grasp of English language and eye for grammar.
Content management experience in a commercial setting across several industries, preferably including finance and crypto
Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
The ability to work in an agile and fast-paced environment, facing challenges in a calm and methodical manner.
Knowledge of CMS systems such as Wordpress
Knowledge of SEO best practices for content production
