As a new Content Curator, you will join an international group of learning enthusiasts. We are looking for a creative individual to assist in selecting, organizing, and maintaining high-quality educational materials for our internal audiences.

Curate third-party learning content including text, images, video, and other media
Continuously monitor the quality, accuracy & relevance of Namecheap’s self-published learning assets.
Apply best practices in knowledge management that optimize end-user experience.
Ensure learning content production, review, and maintenance meet Namecheap’s quality standards.
Track the use of Namecheap’s learning content and support the analysis of content needs based on this data.
Collaborate with People Team members to understand opportunities to organize and curate learning content for business-specific needs.
Help users develop skills that improve the quality of user-generated content.
Work with stakeholders to understand content gaps & monitor the relevance/expiry of content.
You have excellent organization and communication skills
You have experience with multiple learning platforms
You can clearly document processes and workflows
You have experience managing projects
You have a curiosity to recognize and understand learning trends
You are ready to learn in a constantly changing environment
