COMPLIANCE COORDINATOR IN DUBAI, RELOCATE TO THE UAE WITH WORK VISA SPONSORSHIP

We are looking for a Compliance Coordinator for a remote position. The Compliance Coordinator will be responsible for the preparation, submission, and monitoring of monthly compliance documentation. They will also be responsible for miscellaneous tasks that assists the day-to-day needs of the Quality Control team. This position is located in Dubai and the employee will need to be onsite. We will provide visa assistance to foreign employees who need to relocate to Dubai.

Essential Functions:

  • Data collection and validation

  • Assembling documentation for marketing assets compliant with brand guidelines

  • Submitting and monitoring the approval statuses of brand materials

  • Documenting disputes and denials for further action

  • Digitizing and filing documents in an organized fashion

  • Assist the Quality Control team on ad-hoc projects.

  • Generating internal reports

Qualifications:

  • Experience with data entry platforms (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)

  • Detail-oriented

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Experience/Knowledge of the automotive industry preferred
