The Company Secretarial and Administration Manager position has been created for our expeditious growth, and will play a vital role in our team and will allow for quicker, more efficient, and proactive decision making processes to be made on the short and medium strategy for the business.

Responsibilities:
Maintain all legal entity statutory records and registers
Company secretarial tasks
Facilitate company formations (UK + Overseas)
Assist with company dissolutions, de-mergers and dormant companies
Facilitate opening and management of bank accounts + KYC (UK + Overseas)
Opening and management of company Crypto wallets and cards
Dividend administration and paperwork
Management of NEST auto-enrolment pension portal
Assistance and support to the CFO with corporate governance policies and documentation and other relevant policies
Support with payroll returns, VAT returns, employee insurances & external advisors (accountants & lawyers)
Other finance and HR administration as may be requested from the CFO/Head of People from time to time
Recruitment, management and development of junior staff
Requirements:
Strong administrative skills and an aptitude for IT software (ie - Inform Direct)
Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work to a high level of accuracy
Good communicator (oral + written) the ability to convey technical jargon into plain English
Good commercial awareness - interest in Crypto and FinTech a bonus
Up to date with relevant UK company legal and regulatory legislation

Education/Qualifications
Part/fully qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA, AAT)
Undergraduate degree in Finance or law discipline desirable
