COMMUNITY OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE, IN AMSTERDAM | RELOCATE TO NETHERLANDS WITH WORK VISA SPONSORSHIP

As a Community Operations Associate, you will be an integral part of the growing community operations team which takes care of our customer experience. You will be our voice for our customers while working closely with city teams to surface insights and share user feedback. This role is a great opportunity to learn how micromobility startups operate sustainably. You will not only engage with our customers and solve their issues. You will also create meaningful change by contributing to strike teams and projects that build support policies, establish scalable processes, and other collaborative initiatives.

What you’ll do

  • Deliver high-quality service across multiple support channels (email, chat, phone)

  • Work with empathy and willingness to deliver a great experience

  • Find inspiration in customer feedback to better understand the customer journey to guide decision making and uncover opportunities for improvement

  • Triage bugs, fraudulent behavior, and incidents early on to escalate them timely and ensure minimal impact on the businessBe a reliable partner to local city teams to support new markets and day-to-day needs

What you’ll need

  • Outstanding proficiency in French (native or second native) and full business proficiency in English;

  • Empathy and passion for customer service: you can interpret the root of customer issues to transform the customers’ experience and exceed their expectations

  • Discipline and high work ethic: you are ready to work in shifts, and you will always be on time for your shift (some rotating shifts may be scheduled in the evening or during the weekend)

  • Curiosity and proactiveness: you think about how you can simplify and improve the tasks you are working on, and continuously improve processes on behalf of users

  • Being a team player: you’d be happy to coach the newbies and back up your teammates when needed
