As a Community Manager, you’ll work closely with our product team to be the interface between us and our players. You'll engage players through playtests, campaigns, community activations, and events. In addition, you'll help moderate and nurture our community channels to develop an awesome community. Most importantly, you'll serve as an advocate for players, and elevates their voice appropriately.
Role Overview
Interact with the player community on a daily basis across all of our community channels and help moderate these channels.
Build and maintain a positive and friendly community atmosphere.
Think of creative ways to create interactions between players and the product and facilitate these interactions.
Conduct early playtests and help elevate feedback and community pain points to the product team.
Design and execute one-off events and campaigns to engage the players and grow the community.
Work with Dev Rel and product to help players become creators or actively engage with creators on our platform.
Qualifications
You love games
You're caring and can handle the community at their best and empathize with them at their worst
Social Media experience using Discord, Youtube, TikTok, Twitch, Steam, Twitter, etc.
Excellent written communication skills and an ability to thrive in a fully-remote environment
