We are growing and evolving non-stop, and are looking for a Community Manager to join our dynamic and passionate web3 team.
Own all aspects of social media strategy and execution related to Rarible’s Instagram and TikTok accounts
Oversee an editorial calendar for these platforms with a focus on visual, web3-native storytelling
Pitch creative concepts for Instagram and TikTok content that meet Rarible’s partnership and community-building objectives
Submit and manage design requests for any visual needs
Identify relevant and significant ways for Rarible to participate in culture and fan conversations
Leverage a diverse mix of insights to inform creative strategies and effectively tell the story of social performance
Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for content
Act as a social authority and trusted advisor in key areas, ranging from mastery of the Instagram algorithm to knowledge on the latest TikTok trends
Represent social marketing in cross-functional interactions with internal teams and external partners, including NFT projects, artists, partner agencies, and more
Be willing to host Instagram Lives and TikTok videos
3-5 years of experience in social media
Web3 native with a deep understanding and interest in crypto and NFT market
Experience in social media and/or community management
Ability to manage deadlines and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment
Please be able to provide a list of previously-run social handles OR portfolio of visual work
Experience with NFTs is not required but a strong plus
