We are looking for two Community Managers to join our team. If you are a self-driven and ambitious professional who is able to manage and engage with a variety of communities, we are looking for you!

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for community moderation across a variety of channels such as Telegram, Discord, Reddit, and Twitter

- Work with the Marketing team to ideate and execute promotional strategies involving social media and community channels to drive user acquisition and community engagement

- Plan, execute, monitor and report on online/community campaigns and events

- Curate messages/announcements to community members, address inquiries and escalate support requests to appropriate team members effectively and efficiently

- Manage and brief community admins/moderatorsCollect community feedback and improvements proposals.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in managing communities, preferably in the crypto sector

- Preferably, a university degree in Marketing, Communications, or something related

- Deep understanding of social media tools including but not limited to Telegram, Discord, Twitter, and Reddit

- You know the world of blockchain, understand crypto culture, crypto consumers and how to engage & motivate community members

- You are an organized person and know what’s best for the community

- A social person who is able to work a highly varied environment with people from all over the world

- Proven track record of experience with growing crypto/NFT communities

- Good command of written and spoken EnglishStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work in an agile, energetic startup environment
