As a Communications Specialist, you will help drive and assist in the design and implement marketing strategies that cultivate our relationship with media and analysts to boost our brand awareness;
Work with Partnership Marketing and Communication team to develop global marketing communication strategies and plans aligned to the business and segment marketing objectives;
Partner with a PR agency to aid in the coordination and creation of announcements and creation of media pitches, press releases, executive-bylined thought leadership articles, presentations, social copy, and other projects;
Sustain communications strategy by maintaining media and analyst lists, tracking media and analyst coverage, maintaining briefing materials, and managing awards and speaking submissions.
You will have strong knowledge of sales and marketing processes as well as being a highly detailed orientated person with strong project management skills.
Strong written and verbal communications including executive presence
Previous experience in the life sciences industry, experience working with CROs are a plus
Experience working in communications, public relations, or journalism
Demonstrated storytelling, writing, and copy-editing skills
