We have a vacancy for a Clinical Imaging Assistants within the Imaging Care Unit. One full time role (37.5 hrs per week). We are looking for friendly, motivated individuals with excellent communication skills and the ability to work flexibly as part of a team member or on your own initiative. Main duties of the job

In these posts you will be expected to work in various areas/locations covered by the Imaging Care Unit. This will include satellite sites at Walton and Whitworth Hospitals.

The main duties of these posts will be assisting the Imaging clinical team with biopsies and clinical procedures, cannulating patients prior to their scans, assist and co-ordinate the transfer of in-patients to and from the wards, cover reception and any other general clinical/clerical duties.

You must be able to work under pressure, prioritise your workload and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Please Note: These posts will cover varying day time shift patterns working from 7.30am until 8:00pm over seven days per week, therefore the hours will vary week to week. A Bank Holiday rotational system is in place.
