We're looking for a client support professional to join our team so we can start improving how well our customers can use our product right away. This person will serve as the client's initial point of contact for questions regarding the operation and performance of the product. If you are enthusiastic in assisting customers in learning and value solving issues, we would love to speak with you. Troubleshoot client issues to resolution or escalate to the appropriate resource.
Utilize internal resources and client-facing documentation to assist in resolving issues and answering questions.
Educate clients on how to leverage our tools to simplify their complex workflows.
Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams (Sales and Product) to turn valuable client feedback into practical product improvements.
Develop domain expertise in property care and a deep understanding of client needs.
Positive outlook, great interpersonal skills, and a roll-up-the-sleeves attitude.
Consistent “client-first” mentality and consultative approach to communication.
Excellent written and oral communication.
Strong time management and prioritization skills and instincts.
Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at one time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
Comfortable working independently as an empowered contributor to the team.
Proficient with CRM applications and engagement platforms.
Fast and reliable wired internet connection of not less than 5 Mbps
Quiet, private home office free from noise background or distractions
Updated computer (desktop or laptop), excellent quality headset with microphone, and a working webcam
This is a remote position.
Full Time - 40 hours per week
Php 28,000 - 30,000 take home pay
10:00 PM - 6:00 AM Manila, Thursday to Monday & 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM Manila, Friday to Tuesday
