As Chief Financial Officer, board member and a key part of the Executive Team, you will be responsible for the financial stewardship of the business as we embark on our next phase of growth, including but not limited to financial reporting, financial strategy and corporate finance activity. Helping achieve growth both organically and through acquisitions
Work with board and management team to unlock opportunities
Investor relations and fundraising
Implement excellent cost control processes
High quality business and financial reporting and treasury management
You’ll be part of an agile, multidisciplinary and creative team (majority qualified) and work closely with them to ensure the best results.
You'll think creatively and be motivated by challenges and constantly striving for the best.
You’ll work with cutting edge technology, if you need software or hardware to get the job done efficiently, you will get it. We even have a robot!

Minimum 5 years as a CFO or Finance Director
Qualified accountant - ACA or ACCA
Outward facing, growth oriented and forward thinking attitude
Charismatic and confident, with leadership qualities
Successful acquisition experience
Excellent planning and strategy skills
Private equity fundraising experience
IPO experience desirable, but not essential
