You will Monitor and process customer and firm fund requests, Resolve discrepancies between us and our banking partners, and answer and resolve customer inquiries.

Job Responsibilities:
Monitor and process customer and firm fund requests
Resolve discrepancies between Alpaca and our banking partners
Answer and resolve customer inquiries
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Committed to a culture of compliance and excellence
Drive process improvements and efficiencies to help you and our customers
Ad hoc duties and projects as assigned
Required Qualifications and Experience:
3+ years of brokerage service experience
Strong attention to detail, accuracy and reliability with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Experience with money movements and the banking industry
Ability to build strong customer relationships
Ability to work effectively and supportively within a team environment and the ability to work independently
Must possess the ability to adapt to a changing business and regulatory environment
Preferred Skills, Abilities and Knowledge:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
FINRA Series 7 and 63
